The group is supported as required by the total DDS Company and has stuffed engineering and design back up from the engineering group. DDS ensures its staff receive up to date training from the manufacturers to ensure they have the knowledge and skills to perform the latest service requirements. The staff of DDS undergo customary training in all facets of our work. Technical staff partipate in monthly toolbox meetings which reinforce all aspects of safety and specialist technical knowledge. Additionally, specialist technician groups such as our chiller group and fire services group undergo detailed training provided by equipment manufacturers and apex industry training organizations. The result of this is that DDS constantly provides onthejob training as well as the opportunity for formal offthejob training leading to certificate and undergraduate qualifications.
